Mine isn't really an addiction but I have an anger issue. I have been through alot while growing up and have dealt with most of that but anger still gets the best of me. I have a daughter who I swear I will not pass this down to her. I am the one who can break the cycle I know that. It has been so hard to deal with the anger. The littlest things can set me off. I have tried for years to deal with this. I saw it growing up all the time and I want to stop. I have prayed and talked to God but it doesn't go away...... I just wish I could find the root of it and pull that stupid thing out once and for all!
